The one named after your group. A PTA or PTO pays $24.95 a month, billed annually at $299.40. A booster club pays $49.95, billed at $599.40, and adds Team/Club accounting — a budget, carry-over funds, a page, permissions and a statement report for each one. Either of those you can start yourself, free for thirty days, and you do not have to decide between them before the trial — start, and pick the plan when your board votes. An ASB or school pays $79.95, billed at $959.40, and adds school district support; that one we set up with you, so contact sales and we will take it from there.

This is a PTA and PTO program: booster clubs and ASBs are sold at list price.

Once we have verified it, subscribe from Settings → Billing and the first year costs $1. It renews at the regular rate after that, and you can cancel anytime.

Yes, for PTAs and PTOs supporting Title I schools. Start your 30-day trial, then email support@futurefund.com with your organization's legal name, city, state, EIN and the school you support. We confirm the school's Title I status and apply the reduced rate to your account before you subscribe.

Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The trial does not ask for a card, so it cannot roll into a subscription by accident. If you have not subscribed by the last day, your books switch to read-only and wait for you — subscribe from Settings → Billing whenever your board has voted, and everything picks up where you left it.

No. Your plan is set by the kind of group you are, and it is never based on usage. It does not change with the number of transactions, bank accounts, volunteers, board members, expense reports or checks, and it does not change with how much your organization raises. A PTA running one fall fundraiser and a PTA running twelve both pay $299.40.

Your books go read-only, and we would rather you heard that from us than found out in November. You can still sign in, read every transaction, budget and reconciliation, and run or export any report — the treasurer's report, the annual financial report, the 990 mapping, all of it. What you cannot do is record, edit, approve, reconcile or print anything new; BeeKeeper sends you to the billing page instead. Nothing is deleted and nothing is archived away. Subscribe again and the books are exactly as you left them.

Yes. Checkout accepts a US bank account as well as a card, which matters when the PTA has a checking account and no credit card. A bank payment takes a few days to settle, and BeeKeeper stays fully usable while it does — you are not locked out waiting on the transfer. Every invoice and receipt is available to download as a PDF from Settings → Billing, which is what a treasurer attaches to the minutes.
