Export what you have
Chart of accounts, vendor list, budget, and a transaction export. Support will tell you which reports and how to set the dates, rather than leaving you to guess.

Accounts, vendors, budget and history come across from CSV or Excel. Balances, and any check that has not cleared yet, are handled deliberately rather than assumed.

Close one month twice
Pick the month you just closed and close it again here. If both agree, the migration is finished. If they do not, support finds the difference with you before you trust the new books.
