Four ways a request reaches you
Put it in the newsletter, the group chat, the volunteer sign-up email. It does not expire, and there is no invitation for you to send or revoke.
Download it, print it, tape it to the sign-up table at the fall festival. It points at the same form, and a parent can file the request before they leave.
Free on iPhone and Android. They verify a phone number with a texted code, type your short organization code once, and photograph the receipt in the parking lot.
A paper form from the treasurer's box still has to go somewhere. Enter it and it behaves exactly like every other report, receipt and all.
