Import accounts from a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file to populate your chart of accounts.

The file must contain the following columns:

• Name (required) — the account name
• Account Type (required) — one of: asset, liability, equity, income, expense
• Code (optional) — auto-assigned if blank
• Form 990 Line (optional) — e.g. line_3, line_16, line_22

Example:

Accounts with names matching existing accounts (case-insensitive) of the same type will be skipped.
